Key responsibilities Calculate and validate broker commission and incentive payments Research and resolve payment discrepancies, performing adjustments and audit activities Serve as a point of contact for brokers and agencies, addressing commission inquiries and payment issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, social/physical/life science, business, or a related field Minimum two years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Access One year of experience with business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools Experience in pharmacy data analytics and statistical modeling
