As a Production Operator , you will play a key role in operating and maintaining non-woven production lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This position involves working with converting, slitting, and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Monitor and operate production equipment using computerized systems
Inspect and grade finished products to ensure quality standards
Troubleshoot equipment and production processes
Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping activities
Assist with startup and shutdown of production lines
Operate industrial equipment such as:
Maintain accurate production and inventory records
Support and train new team members
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout processes
✔ High School Diploma or GED Required
✔ Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience preferred
✔ Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
✔ Strong attention to safety and quality
✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
