Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional technology programs and coordinate engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination, stakeholder communication, timeline management, and risk management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to track project progress.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and project status.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines, scope, and deliverables.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating engineering or technical teams.
• Strong experience tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with risk and issue management.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project/program management certification is an asset.
• Experience working in a large enterprise or technology organization is preferred
