Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas to company standards
• Use and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and clients
• Work as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and on schedule
• Uphold client trust by maintaining confidentiality and respecting personal property

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Trustworthy and professional with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning procedures
• Job requires cleaning multiple homes each day with the availability to work Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
