This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume legal document production environment and has advanced Microsoft Word formatting skills.Create, revise, format, proofread, and finalize complex legal and business documentsProduce TOCs, TOAs, redlines, outlines, tables, mail merges, templates, and auto-numbered documentsTranscribe interviews, hearings, and other materials involving multiple partiesPrioritize and track incoming document-production requests and meet critical deadlinesProof final documents for formatting, grammar, accuracy, and completenessCommunicate with attorneys and staff regarding project status and document issuesCreate and revise PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as neededScan, convert, format, and manipulate documents using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office2+ years of high-volume document production experience, preferably within a law firmAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, TOC/TOA, redlines, templates, headers/footers, outlines, and auto-numberingStrong skills in Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of legal terminology and legal document formattingTyping speed of 70+ WPMExcellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple urgent requests and changing prioritiesStrong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approachLegal secretarial experience is a plusBenefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
